NRHA Rural Community Health Connections Summit

NRHA's Rural Community Health Connections Summit, July 12-13 in Washington, D.C., will bring together rural community health and grassroots leaders, rural-focused state organizations, rural community health funders, and other partners who innovatively work to support and sustain access to care for rural residents across the country.

All attendees can now access session materials provided to us within the corresponding CVENT Attendee Hub agenda items they were registered for. Just log in to the Attendee Hub with your name and the email address you registered with, then enter the code received at that address or mobile number if provided.

Attendees will hear from nationally recognized speakers and rural community health leaders on the power of the community, sustaining and magnifying rural voices, and establishing powerful connections with peers who are designing and implementing innovative rural health programs.

The event is bookended by the following, invite-only events:
 

Rural Communities Opioid Response (RCORP) Reverse Site Visit (RSV)

The Rural Community Health Connections Summit: RCORP RSV will be held in conjunction with NRHA’s Rural Community Health Connections Summit, July 12-13, and will occur on the first day and a half of the summit, July 11-12.

Dedicated exclusively to current RCORP awardees, the Rural Community Health Connections Summit: RCORP RSV will share accomplishments, innovations, and lessons learned through presentations and interactive workshops.

RCORP awardees are required to attend both the Rural Community Health Connections Summit: RCORP RSV programming on July 11-12 and the NRHA Rural Community Health Connections Summit held July 12-13.

Join us for this in-person event to celebrate five years of RCORP and, for the first time, share in the opportunity to connect with other FORHP awardees, staff from HRSA, federal partners, NRHA, the JBS International team, and other key rural partners and leaders in rural community health.
 

Community-Based Programs Reverse Site Visit (RSV)

The Rural Community Health Connections Summit: Community-Based Programs RSV will be held in conjunction with NRHA’s Rural Community Health Connections Summit, July 12-13 and will occur on the third day and a half of the summit, July 13-14.

Designed and dedicated to current Community-Based Program awardees, participants of the Community-Based Programs RSV will have the opportunity to meet other awardees, share with one another, and grow rural health knowledge and expertise.

Community-Based Program awardees are required* to attend both the Community-Based Programs RSV programming on July 13-14 and the NRHA Rural Community Health Connections Summit held July 12-13.

This in-person event is designed to help facilitate connections and begin building new, meaningful, and professional relationships. Participants will also share in the opportunity to connect with other FORHP awardees, staff from HRSA, federal partners, the Georgia Health Policy Center (GHPC) team, and other key rural partners and leaders in rural community health.

*Black Lung Clinics Program & Radiation Exposure Screening and Education Program awardees are encouraged to attend, however, is not a requirement for these programs.
