About Victoria
Victoria joined NRHA staff in 2025.
Victoria's efforts focus on assisting and coordinating technical assistance for state rural health associations and serving as their liaison with NRHA; assisting with and coordinating the National Rural Oral Health Initiative; and assisting with the coordination, development, and implementation of new grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, and other funding opportunities.
She previously served as senior program analyst for rural health at NAACHO, and she is passionate about advancing equitable health outcomes for communities that are often overlooked.
She earned her Masters of Public Health from George Washington University.
