Tianna Fallgatter MPH

Tianna serves as director of business development for the Rural Collaborative, a network comprising 26 rural hospitals in Washington state. She manages all programs and shared savings contracts and works with members to identify opportunities for savings, improved access, and better outcomes. With more than 15 years of health care experience, Tianna has dedicated the past seven years to rural health. Her expertise includes rural health policy and advocacy, grant writing and management, and program design and implementation for quality improvement and access initiatives. Tianna holds a BS in business administration and completed her MPH at the University of Washington.
