The National Council on Aging Falls Prevention Awareness Week Toolkit compiles resources from the National Council on Aging to empower older adults with the tools they need to reduce their risk of falls.

The Geriatric Emergency Department Collaborative created a Rural Hospital Geriatric Emergency Toolkit to provide resources curated for rural and remote Emergency Departments.

Diverse Elders Coalition Toolkit for Caring for Those Who Care to meet the needs of diverse family caregivers. 

The Elder Mistreatment Prevention Toolkit for Public Health, developed by TFAH, provides guidance and resources to help prevent elder mistreatment and strengthen community responses that support victims, families, and perpetrators.

The California Master Plan for Aging (MPA) is a 10-year blueprint developed in collaboration with public and private partners to support older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers across California. The initiative also offers additional resources, including an MPA Data Dashboard that tracks progress toward the plan's goal.
