Medicaid Indirect Hold Harmless Threshold of Health Care-Related Taxes summary


On July 23the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released a proposed rule"Medicaid Program; Amending the Indirect Hold Harmless Threshold of Health Care-Related Taxes." This proposed rule implements changes to the health care-related tax, or provider tax, indirect hold harmless threshold enacted in H.R. 1.
