Medicaid State Directed Payment proposed rule summary

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released a proposed rule, "Medicaid Managed Care State Directed Payments and Medicaid Fee-for-Service Targeted Medicaid Practitioner Payments." This proposed rule implements state-directed payment (SDP) changes enacted in H.R. 1 (P.L. 119-21).
