Elizabeth Phelps

Elizabeth is a second-year medical student in the Leadership in Rural Medicine Program at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. She is passionate about improving health care access and is involved with her school's street medicine program. She is also interested in rural mental health care and helped pilot a student-led support group. She is a student member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association and AAFP. She enjoys exploring Michigan’s forests and lakes, spending time with friends and family, and reading.
