Each state is responsible for designing and releasing its own funding opportunities via Request for Proposals (RFPs) listed on this page. This interactive tracker gives you a real-time view of where every state stands in its RHTP procurement process, from early development through active awards. Use it to monitor open opportunities, track upcoming deadlines, and identify states where funding has already been awarded.
