Dept of ED RISE final rule summary

The Department of Education (ED) released the Reimaging and Improving Student Education (RISE) final rule. This rule amends regulations for certain federal student loan programs, including a new definition of "professional" degree for the purposes of determining who is eligible for higher student loan borrowing limits.
