Marketplace Notice of Benefits and Payment Parameters final rule summary

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released its 2027 Notice of Benefits and Payment Parameters final rule. This rule applies to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplaces and payers that offer plans through the Marketplaces.
