Regulation for Federal Financial Assistance Proposed Rule summary

On May 29, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) published a proposed rule, "Regulation for Federal Financial Assistance." The rule proposes sweeping revisions to the government-wide framework governing the management of federal grants, cooperative agreements, and other financial assistance (commonly known as the "Uniform Guidance" or 2 CFR Part 200).
