The National Rural Health Association is a member-driven organization. Our members direct staff so that together we are making a difference in the health and health care options of rural Americans. Members tell staff what events they want to attend, what policies they want to enact or change, and what resources are needed to improve the health of millions of rural Americans.

NRHA produces several digital and print publications to engage NRHA members and inform rural health professionals. These include our Rural Health Voices Blog, weekly newsletter NRHA Today, our quarterly magazine Rural Horizons, our quarterly Journal of Rural Health, and much more.

The National Rural Health Association Board of Trustees has responsibility for the supervision, control and direction of the affairs of the association. It is comprised of the elected chair of each designated constituency group, the chair of the State Association Council, the chair of the State Office Council, the chair of the Health Equity Council, the chair of the Rural Health Policy Congress, the elected officers of the association, and the chief executive officer.

NRHA offers this membership option for health systems and networks that would like to purchase a bulk membership for multiple facilities.
